The new Miss will live at Jinonický zámeček

The winner of the 15th Miss Czech Republic competition – Adéla Štroffeková – will live in the Jinonický dvůr premium project for a whole year courtesy of CREDITAS Real Estate. Commercial director of CREDITAS Real Estate Tomáš Drábek handed her an accommodation voucher at the gala evening. A fully and luxury furnished duplex apartment 2+kitchenette with two bathrooms will be hers to enjoy.

A considerable sum has been invested into the reconstruction of the grounds of Jinonický zámeček in Prague 5 after decades of decay, and today it is a modern residential complex with 51 spacious and airy apartments with a modern design and the exceptional atmosphere of castle living. This feeling is evoked by the original and preserved building features such as vaulted ceilings, historic roof trusses, and the original fountain. The whole complex is private. The courtyard can be used as a relaxation area with seating. There are underground garages under the inner courtyard. Of course, the rental of a fully and luxury furnished apartment also includes a parking space below the castle grounds.

The new Miss received a year of free housing in the premium project, which has been admired by both the general and professional public. The project was awarded first place in the CIJ Awards Czech Republic in the Small Residential Projects category, gold in the Estate Awards in the Reconstruction of the Year category, third place in the Best of Realty competition in the Larger Residential Projects category, and the prestigious Architects’ Award in the Real Estate Project of the Year competition.
